Fluffy Dairy Free Kombucha Pancakes


  • 1 mug of self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 mug of KTea Kombucha
  • Olive oil
Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl, add the egg and using a whisk and beat the mixture while adding the Kombucha gradually. Whisk until there are no big lumps.
Put a frying pan on a high heat add the oil then turn the heat down a tock and do a tiny test pancake, as the first one is usually the worst! Once that’s done, add a dollop per pancake and cook until the bubbles on the surface pop, then flip or toss them. When they are cooked, stack and serve with Maple Syrup or your favourite topping.
